Hi there!
I'm a user experience researcher with 6+ years of experience in diverse industries & products like consumer tech to biotech to cloud computing. With a background in Psychology, I love understanding what motivates people to think and act the way they do, and further teasing out valuable insights to inform product experiences and service strategy. I’ve worked both in-house and in an agency — prior to working at Illumina where I’m currently leading various research projects for key biotech products, I’ve also worked at Blink where I helped shape UX for emerging technologies.
I hold a Masters in Human Centered Design & Engineering from Univ. of Washington, and a Bachelor’s in Developmental Psychology from Stanford University. When I'm not talking with the users or planning my research studies, you can find me tending to my garden, hiking, or spending quality time with my family.
